These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk website. By visiting the theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk  website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time,  it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

WEBSITE ACCURACY

We aim to keep all pictures and descriptions as up-to-date and accurate as possible however there may be occasions where these details are incorrect.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse to fulfil, or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled we shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

Any prices advertised on this site, in print or any other marketing material are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right not to apply any previous prices retrospectively.

Where a weight or range between battery charges is stipulated, this is provided by the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.

If we supply a product different to that advertised, we will happily refund or exchange an item for you.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail, you will then have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

Orders that you place at theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods and we have the right to reject such offers at any time.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us that acknowledges our receipt of your order (“Order Acknowledgement”), and the delivery services you have requested. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk to buy goods.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a further email that confirms all of the relevant details of your order and the expected delivery dates for the Goods (the "Order Confirmation").

The contract between you and www.theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.

We reserve the right to limit the number of products that you may select to purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Orders may be cancelled at any time from the moment you place your order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please use the Contact Us link or give us a call.

If you decide to cancel and return your order after delivery, the bike must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.  This means that the bike must not have been assembled in part or in full. If any items are returned and are not in this condition, theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk shall be entitled to refuse to issue a full refund.

Please Contact Us or give us a call if you decide to cancel and return your bike after delivery.

Please note you are responsible for paying the delivery costs to return a cancelled order. For clarity, this means that we will not refund delivery costs incurred by the customer to return cancelled orders.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling an order, theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk will re-credit your debit or credit card account as soon as possible. If you are returning a cancelled order,  we will need to receive the returned item to validate that the item(s) are in the condition as delivered to you, before we can credit your account. Note that the amount refunded will not include the delivery costs incurred by you to return the cancelled order item.

DELIVERY

We only deliver to the UK.

Delivery times are estimates only.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery timescales may be extended, depending on where you live.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses, hotels or third-party couriers.

FAULTY GOODS

If the goods you receive are faulty, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

If, having contacted us the item(s) needs to be returned, then please send the item to us and retain receipt of postage.

Once we have received the item we will inspect it. Note, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturers to confirm any fault.

Once the item has been inspected we will inform you on how to proceed.

Note that Items over 30 days old that are returned as faulty may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund or replacement. We will inform you if this is the case.

CANCELLATIONS BY www.theelectricbikeshopwales.co.uk

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if ;

• We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
• The delivery service provider does not deliver to your area
• One or more of the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
• We have reason to suspect that there is a risk of a fraudulent transaction

If we do cancel the contract between us we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date of cancellation.

We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTALLATION

We encourage you to ensure that the assembly and fitting of any accessories are performed by a suitably trained, and skilled person, according to the manufacturer's specifications. We cannot be held liable for any damage or accidents caused by incorrect assembly.

Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting assembly. We cannot be held responsible if the bike is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified cycle technician.

REVIEWS AND COMMENTS

We encourage you to leave reviews, comments and product questions on our website.

We regularly monitor this content and we reserve the right to remove, reject or edit it at any time.
